Which size unit do I need?
The unit that you will need will depend on the amount of items you plan on
storing, and what kind of access to those items you will need. It is best
to contact one of our professional staff members to help determine which
unit will be right for you.
Is there a deposit?
No! At Napa Self Storage we understand that moving can be stressful which
is why we strive to make the process as easy as possible, and keep your
costs down as well. We have no deposit requirements, and no monthly
administration fees for all of our units.
How secure is the facility?
We feature individually alarmed doors, gated entry & exit, on site resident
manageers, and 24 hour video surveillance. We value the security, safety,
and privacy of all of our customers and their items.
When can I access my unit?
For your convenience our facility is open 7 days a week. Our gate is open
from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm everyday, and the office is open Monday through
Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Can I print out a Change of Address form online?
Absolutely! This Link will take
